Xuloss 1 is a cozy and practical apartment with parking available in the best area of the neighborhood of Gros, just 200 meters from the beach of La Zurriola (our "Zurri").

La Zurriola is a beach where you can swim and enjoy the sea (the water temperature in summer ranges between 20 and 24 degrees) as well as practice or learn to surf (there are several surf schools that offer their courses throughout the year).

Xuloss 1 is located in the Plaza del Txofre and in the area you will have all the services; bakeries, pharmacies, the small market the Plaza Nafarroa Behera, supermarkets, etc..

you can also enjoy the best pintxos in bars like Bergara, Zabaleta, Senra, Oroipen, Ezkurra, Pagadi or Adamo de Sagües and its tortilla de patatas! For breakfast we recommend La Guinda or Alabama café, and if you prefer something universal, the hamburgers of "La Burgessia" or the pizzas of Humo.

Xuloss 2 is a recently renovated apartment located in the best area of the neighborhood of Amara, in the middle of Avenida de Madrid near the Reale Arena Stadium and its orientation to the Plaza de los Marinos makes the silence and tranquility are assured.

Surrounded by all services such as supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, you can also enjoy the best pintxos in bars like La Sebastiana, Txirrita, Bigarren, Campus or Divinum. We love the breakfasts at Diagonal café, the food at La Pera supermarket or the pizzas at Il Gusto.

The distance to the city center is only about 20 minutes of pleasant walk, but if you prefer you can use the DBUS (city bus) whose lines 28, 26 and 21 stop right in front of the portal with frequencies every 5-6 minutes and in just 10 minutes you will be on the beach and downtown. The urban bicycles (www.dbizi.eus) are another alternative to move around the city and in the Avenida de Isabel II (just 100 meters from the portal) is located one of its stations.

Xuloss 3 is a modern and practical apartment located in the best area of the city center and with parking availability . In Euskalerria street, between the mouth of the Urumea river and La Bretxa market, but with a block courtyard orientation that will ensure tranquility when you get home.

You will be able to choose the beach you will go to since La Zurriola and La Concha are only 100-150 meters away. Surrounded by everything you will want to see and visit in the city; La Bretxa market, the Old Part and its bars (Gandarias, Ganbara, Tamboril, Txepetxa, Ssua Arde, Nestor, Sport, La Viña?), Mount Urgull, Port, Paseo Nuevo, Kursaal Auditorium, Victoria Eugenia Theater and of course the city center, the "little Paris" with its buildings, stores, cafes and bars or those located in the nearest area of Gros on Peña y Goñi street (Bodega Donostiarra, Ramuntxo berri, El Cine, Gronx...).
