Xuloss 1 is a cozy and practical apartment with parking available in the best area of the neighborhood of Gros, just 200 meters from the beach of La Zurriola (our "Zurri").

La Zurriola is a beach where you can swim and enjoy the sea (the water temperature in summer ranges between 20 and 24 degrees) as well as practice or learn to surf (there are several surf schools that offer their courses throughout the year).

Xuloss 1 is located in the Plaza del Txofre and in the area you will have all the services; bakeries, pharmacies, the small market the Plaza Nafarroa Behera, supermarkets, etc..

you can also enjoy the best pintxos in bars like Bergara, Zabaleta, Senra, Oroipen, Ezkurra, Pagadi or Adamo de Sagües and its tortilla de patatas! For breakfast we recommend La Guinda or Alabama café, and if you prefer something universal, the hamburgers of "La Burgessia" or the pizzas of Humo.
